Governing Council

The role of the Governing Council is to support the Strategic Direction of Linden Park Primary School in conjunction with the Principal and Leadership team, taking into account the needs and expectations of the school community. Parents are elected to the Council at an Annual General Meeting held in the first term each year.

Our 2026 Governing Council members are: Xinrui (John) Wang (Chair), Shamus Cogan-Briater (Deputy Chair) Melanie Sandery, Serena Shaik , Rachel Conway, Kasi Anantuni, Ahmad Darwish Alhajji, Andrew Gunner, Donna Lee, Catherine Heyward, Bolei Deng, Selina Lai, Justus Pendleton, Zhiyong (Julian) Zhu.

AGM 2027

Elections will be held for vacating Governing Councillors at the annual general meeting of the Linden Park Primary School Governing Council. Date will be communicated to the school community early Term 1 in 2027.

Reporting to the Governing Council are five sub-committees.

OSHC Advisory

The sub-committees play a critical role in the delivery of objectives set by the sub-committees and ratified by the Governing Council.
