$68.53 per child— Vacation Care Incursion Day

$76.15 per child—Vacation Care Excursion Day

$54.39 per child— Student Free Days

VACTION CARE & STUDENT FREE DAY BOOKINGS

Vacation Care bookings open on the Monday of Week 6 each term at 7:00pm. Student Free Day bookings open 2–4 weeks prior to the Student Free Day, with information sent via Xplor when bookings become available.

Bookings are only accepted via Xplor once they are live. If a booking is rejected during this period, the day is full and your child/ren will automatically be placed on a waitlist. Bookings made over the phone will not be accepted.

Please note that regular term bookings do not apply during Vacation Care or Student Free Days.

VACATION CARE & STUDENT FREE DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking must be cancelled 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur the full vacation care fee. If your child is unwell and you provide a doctor’s certificate, there will be no charge from the second day of absence.

MOVIE MEAL DEALS

Movie meal deals are $9 and are only accepted via QKR in the ‘OSHC’ section under the OSHC menu.

Children can have two of the 3 options below:

  • Drink (juice boxes or water)
  • Popcorn
  • Vanilla ice cream cup

Please note Movie Meal Deal orders close at 4pm the day prior to the movie.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Parents/Guardians must sign children in and out of the service using the Xplor Home app.
  • Permanent term bookings do not carry over into Vacation Care.
  • Private buses may be arranged for excursions. Risk assessments and risk management procedures are undertaken for all excursions and activities. If an activity is deemed unsafe and risks cannot be adequately minimised, the activity will be cancelled.
  • Excursion transport authorisation forms must be signed prior to excursions to provide permission for children to attend.
  • If your child is unwell, please keep them home. Children arriving at the service displaying symptoms of illness may be required to be collected.
  • Please ensure children arrive by the specified “be here by” times listed on the Vacation Care program, as departure schedules must be strictly followed.
  • Breakfast is not provided during Vacation Care.
  • Children are required to bring a nut-free recess, lunch, and water bottle each day unless otherwise stated on the program.
  • Children must wear sun-safe clothing, hats, and appropriate protective footwear to Vacation Care and Student Free Days. Please refer to the service’s Sun Safety Policy. Children not dressed appropriately for sun safety may be sent home to change or excluded from activities where there is a high risk of sunburn.
